Meningioma

Findings:

Multiple MR images demonstrate a homogeneously enhancing intradural extramedullary mass located ventrally at the C6-7 level. The mass causes severe cord compression and displacement of the cord to the left of midline. There is superimposed cervical degenerative disc disease. The mass demonstrates decreased T2 signal, slight decreased T1 signal, and homogeneous enhancement.
