Adenocarcinoma of minor salivary gland

Findings:

Serial contrast enhanced CT images demonstrate a slowly enlarging heterogeneously enhancing mass projected over the left buccal space. The mass is initally solid, but becomes more centrally necrotic with enlargement. Significant growth occurs in 2016.
