Pituitary Adenoma with Hemorrhage

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a large sellar mass with suprasellar extent. The mass contains zones of T2 hypointensity due to hemorrhage. Mild vasogenic edema is seen within the inferior right frontal lobe. There is associated leptomeningeal and minimal peripheral enhancement in the region of the mass. The mass compresses the optic chiasm.
