External auditory canal atresia

Findings:

Multiple CT images demonstrate congenital absence of the left external auditory canal. The atretic plate is very thick. The left ossicles and inner ear structures demonstrate no definite abnormality. Chunky calcifications a present within a deformed left external ear.
