HIV disease with lymphoid hyperplasia

Findings:

Multiple MR images demonstrate significant symmetric hypertrophy of the nasopharyngeal and adenoid tonsillar tissue. Multiple lymph nodes are present in the bilateral parotid glands, some are midly enlarged but are more numerous than typically seen.
