Hemangioblastoma
Findings:
A large complex cystic mass with an eccentric mural enhancing nodule involves the right cerebellum with surrounding vasogenic edema and mass effect causing distortion of the fourth ventricle. There is probable sluggish flow in the right jugular bulb. No diffusion restriction or hemorrhage is seen. The cystic component contains fluid slightly hyuperintense to CSF on FLAIR and T1 images.
