CWD mastoidectomy, lateral semicircular canal defect, labyrinthitis ossificans, encephalocele

Findings:

Temporal bone CT images demonstrate canal wall down right mastoidectomy with a defect in the lateral semicircular canal, osseous obliteration of the superior semicircular canal and cochlea, and an associated encephalocele extending through a tegmen tympani defect.
