Meningitis with Vasculitis

Findings:

Sulcal FLAIR hyperintensity and leptomeningeal enhancement is present in the right parietal lobe, which is associated with a small acute infarct in the right centrum semiovale. Multiple punctate zones of hemorrhagic staining are present in this region.
