Left vertebral artery dissection

Findings:

Sagittal and coronal CT images in a young patient demonstrate no evidence of cervical spine fracture. MRA neck demonstrates absent MRA detectable flow signal within the left vertebral artery. On the CTA, the left vertebral artery is occluded near C1 with reduced enhancement proximally. ADC map demonstrates a tiny acute infarct in the left cerebellum.
