DIffuse Large B cell Lymphoma, Parotid gland

Findings:

Multiple contrast enhanced neck CT images demonstrate a moderate size well-defined weakly enhancing mass in the superficial lobe of the right parotid gland. The mass has a homogeneous appearance and is nearly isodense to normal parotid gland.
