Grade 2 atypical meningioma

Findings:

Multiple MR images demonstrate a multilobulated extraaxial mass in the left anterior temporal region, associated with mass effect and vasogenic edema. The margins of the mass are irregular and inseparable from brain parenchyma. The mass demonstrate intermediate diffusion signal and diffuse homogenous enhancement.
