Pituitary Adenoma
Findings:
Multiple CT images demonstrate a destructive mass within the clivus with multilobulated margins. The MR images demonstrate a homogeneously enhancing T2 hypointense mass with intermediate diffusion signal within the upper clivus, with no normal pituitary gland visible. The pituitary infundibulum is midline. The mass is inseparable from the medial margins of both cavernous sinuses. No suprasellar mass is visible. There is superimposed cortical atrophy.
