Seizure Related Signal Abnormalities

Findings:

Multiple MR images demonstrate an area of gyriform enhancement within the left parietal lobe. There is FLAIR hypointensity of the adjacent white matter. The associated cortex demonstrates relative diffusion hyperintensity, with accelerated diffusion in the subcortical white matter. A small irregular T2 hyperintensity involves the subcortical left parietal white matter.
