Dermoid, Cavernous Sinus

Findings:

Axial T-2 fat saturated, axial T1 post contrast, sagittal T-1, axial FLAIR, and axial T-1 post contrast images with fat saturation demonstrate a multilobulated lesion with in the right cavernous sinus which demonstrates isointensity to fat and no significant enhancement. The lesion projects posteriorly into the prepontine cistern without mass effect.
