NF2

Neurofibromatosis Type 2

Findings:

Sagittal FLAIR, coronal T-1 post contrast, axial T2 with fat saturation, and axial T1 post contrast images demonstrate extensive extraaxial masses within the bilateral internal auditory canals, cavernous sinuses, orbital apices, and over the convexities, associated with significant vasogenic edema in the right frontal lobe and ventricular effacement. Multiple masses extend into the prepontine cistern and the pituitary fossa. There is mild brainstem distortion. There is right to left shift of the septum pellucidum.
