Fragile X Ataxia syndrome

Findings:

Multiple MR images demonstrate moderate cortical atrophy over the convexities. There is symmetric patchy signal alteration within the bilateral brachium pontis, with evidence of brainstem volume loss. Signal abnormalities extend into the bilateral superior cerebellar peduncles. There is moderate diffuse thinning of the corpus callosum.
