Mature Brainstem Teratoma

Findings:

Multiple CT and MR images demonstrate an irregular mixed signal and mixed density lesion within the lateral margin of the left pons. Zones of fat and calcium are seen on the CT. There is no significant abnormal enhancement. There is a mildly expansile appearance of the pons and lower midbrain in this region.
