Prominent Arachnoid Granulation
Findings:
Multiple CT images demonstrate a well defined low-density ovoid structure within the posterior margin of the superior sagittal sinus which causes smooth bone scalloping.
The MR images demonstrate thin linear vessels extending into the structure, which contains some heterogeneous T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity and no abnormal nodular enhancement or diffusion restriction.
