Multiple Congenital Anomalies

Findings:

Multiple axial CT images demonstrate bilateral ventricular shunt catheters in place. There is a large CSF collection in the posterior aspect of the posterior fossa. There is significant white matter volume loss in the right cerebral hemisphere with nodular morphology of overlying cortex. The fourth ventricle is not visible. Extensive dural calcifications are present. The corpus callosum is hypoplastic.
