Foramen Ovale Encephalocele

Findings:

Axial CT image demonstrates widening of bilateral foramen ovale.

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a small protrusion of the left temporal lobe inferiorly through the widened foramen ovale. A minimal protrusion of meninges extends through the widened right foramen ovale.
