Multiple Congenital Inner Ear Anomalies

Findings:

Multiple temporal bone CT images demonstrate extensive anomalies of the inner ear structures. A markedly hypoplastic internal auditory canal is present. The superior and lateral semicircular canals are absent. The vestibule is markedly hypoplastic. A hypoplastuc globular cochlea is identified. A discrete oval window is not visible. The round window is identified. No significant abnormalities of the ossicles are demonstrated.
