Hamartoma

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a poorly defined nodular FLAIR hyperintensity within the left hypothalamus extending into the third ventricle inferiorly. The lesion demonstrate no abnormal enhancement. There is subtle localized mass effect.
