Susac Syndrome

Findings:

Axial FLAIR, axial diffusion, and coronal T2 weighted imaging as well as coronal T1 post contrast imaging demonstrates multiple foci of restricted diffusion within the splenium of the corpus callosum and in the deep fontal white matter centrum semiovale. Some of the signal abnormalities involve the central fibers of the corpus callosum.

Sagittal T2 weighted image demonstrates multiple signal abnormalities involving central aspects of the corpus callosum.
