Infected Thyroglossal Duct Cyst

Findings:

Sagittal and axial contrast enhanced neck CT images demonstrate an irregular subcutaneous enhancing lesion at midline submental, anterior to the hyoid bone, associated with minimal surrounding soft tissue stranding.
