Tolosa Hunt Syndrome

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a T2 FLAIR hypointense process at the right orbital apex which demonstrates patchy enhancement after gadolinium administration. This process extends into the inferior orbital fissure on the coronal images and encases the proximal intraconal segment of the right optic nerve without significant compression.
