Infected Branchial Cleft Cyst

Findings:

An irregular rim enhancing lesion is present in the right level 2 region inseparable from the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the carotid sheath. The lesion demonstrates mild irregular rim enhancement and slightly complex central fluid.
