Chronic Fungal Sinusitis

Findings:

Coronal sinus CT images demonstrate large defects in the floor of the bilateral maxillary sinuses left greater than right. There is inflammatory mucosal thicekning in both maxillary sinuses left greater than right. The axial CT images demonstrate mild retromaxillary fat plane infiltration bilaterally, left greater than right. Zones of irregular bone destruction are associated with superimposed bone thickening.
