Sinonasal Polyposis

Findings:

Multiple sinus CT images demonstrate a uniform expansile process occupying the bilateral paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity. There is extensive destruction and demineralization of the sinus septae, including expansile process of both frontal sinuses with dehiscence of the left posterior frontal sinus wall.

Additional soft tissue window images demonstrate overall low density of this process, with a few patchy hyperdensities. This process also extends into the nasopharynx.
