Silent Sinus Syndrome

Findings:

Axial and coronal sinus CT images demonstrate volume loss and opacification of the right maxillary sinus, with sagging of the right orbital floor and anterior bowing of the right maxillary sinus posterior wall. Prominent right retromaxillary fat is present.
