CIDP

Findings:

Sagittal T1, sagittal T2 fat sat, sagittal postcontrast T1, and multiple axial T1 post contrast images demonstrate diffuse abnormal enhancement of intrathecal nerve roots. Both ventral and dorsal nerve roots are involved, with marked thickening of nerve roots of the cauda equina.
