Bilateral Vertebral Artery Dissections

Findings:

Multiple CTA images demonstrate wall thickening and luminal irregularity of both vertebral arteries with a small pseudoaneurysm on the left and significant stenosis of the left V3 segment. The MRI images demonstrate wall thickening of both vertebral arteries with a T1 hyperintense crescent along the lateral margin of the left vertebral artery at C1.
