Diving Ranula

Findings:

Contrast enhanced neck CT images demonstrate a fluid attenuation well circumscribed structure in the right submandibular space with a very thin connection to the floor of mouth seen on coronal and sagittal imaging. No wall nodularity is associated with the lesion.
