Subdural and Epidural Hematomas

Findings:

Multiple axial CT images demonstrate a moderate to large convex extraaxial hematoma along the anterior left temporal lobe. An isodense to slightly hyperdense subdural hematoma extends over the left cerebral convexity with mild to moderate mass effect and midline shift. No definite fractures are seen.
