Ependymoma Grade 2

Findings:

A small mass in the region of the pineal gland demonstrates T2 hypointensity, small eccentric cystic component anteriorly, no diffusion restriction, and relatively homogeneous enhancement.

Additional MRI postcontrast images demonstrate abnormal subarachnoid enhancement coating the brainstem due to leptomeningeal dissemination of tumor.
