Dural AV fistula

Findings:

Axial T-2 images demonstrate an unusual tortuous vessel projected over the left posterior temporal lobe.

Source MRA images demonstrate an enlarged transosseous arterial vessel extending posterior to the left mastoid region with focal arterialization of the left transverse sigmoid junction. The tortuous vessel in the left posterior temporal region is arterialized.
