Capillary Telangiectasia

Findings:

Multiple MR and CT images demonstrate a small nodular focus of decreased gradient echo signal and enhancement in the medial left temporal lobe, which is not associated with CT density abnormality or MR signal change on T2 FLAIR imaging.
