Left Transverse and Sigmoid Sinus Thrombosis

Findings:

CT images demonstrate abnormal hyperdensity of the right transverse and sigmoid sinus.

MR venogram shows a large essentially occlusive filling defect occupying the right transverse and sigmoid sinuses. The superior sagittal, left transverse, and sigmoid sinuses demonstrate normal signal.
