Falcine Sinus Thrombosis

Findings:

CTA/CTV source images show a tubular focus of absent or decreased enhancement along the mid to posterior falx which is hyperdense on CT. On the sagittal MPR, this tubular hyperdensity is oriented vertically and connects to the vein of Galen and the superior sagittal sinus.
