PCOM aneurysm rupture with predominant IVH
Findings:
Axial noncontrast CT images demonstrate massive intraventricular hemorrhage with ventricular catheter in place. There is superimposed subarachnoid hemorrhage. Along the medial margin of a suspected component of left temporal lobe hemorrhage, there is an irregular focus of isodensity, which represents the bilobed ruptured left posterior communicating aneurysm as confirmed on CTA.
