Right PCOM aneurysm

Findings:

An arrow on the noncontrast CT demarcates a focus of subtle hyperdensity projected near the medial right temporal lobe. MR and MRA images confirm a lobulated outpouching of the communicating segment right ICA due to large posterior communicating aneurysm.
