Bisphosphonate Related Osteonecrosis of Jaw (BRONJ)

Findings:

Multiple CT images with contrast demonstrate an irregular lytic process involving the lingual surface of the mandibular symphysis, associated with nonspecific soft tissue thickening asymmetrically along the right undersurface of the mandible. There is no definite adjacent mass within the floor of mouth.
