Bisphosphonate Related Osteonecrosis of Jaw (BRONJ)

Findings:

Multiple CT images demonstrate irregular periosteal reaction and sclerosis associated with the left mandible. The surrounding masseter muscle is of low density with no definite focal soft tissue mass visible.
