Thyroid cancer with nodal metastases

Findings:

Multiple contrast enhanced neck CT images demonstrate large complex cystic and solid intensely enhancing lymph nodes in the left neck involving levels 4 and 6. A heterogeneously enhancing mass also involves the left thyroid lobe which demonstrates less intense enhancement than the lymph nodes.
