Inverting Papilloma

Findings:

Noncontrast sinus CT images demonstrate heterogeneous mixed density opacification of the right maxillary sinus which extends into the region of the middle and inferior meati. There is a defect in the right medial maxillary sinus wall in part likely postoperative, but there is superimposed thinning and medial bowing of the maxillary sinus wall with demineralization and partial destruction. The process does not involve the ethmoid region.
