Odontogenic Myxoma

Findings:

CT images demonstrate an expansile lytic lesion in the posterior margin of the left mandibular body near the mandibular angle. Cortical interruptions are identified medially and laterally but there is no definite associated soft tissue mass. No adenopathy is included.
