Ameloblastoma

Findings:

CT images demonstrate a highly expansile lytic lesion within the left mandibular parasymphyseal region which disrupts and displaces the roots of several teeth. The lesion contains overall low density, with some stippled zones of calcification. No associated soft tissue mass is included.
