Odontogenic Keratocyst

Findings:

CT images demonstrate a mild to moderately expansile low density lesion involving the right mandibular body with a cortical interruption along the superior aspect. A tooth is directed medially but the cystic portion is not directly related to the crown of an unerupted tooth. A moderate sized bone defect is present laterally with no significant associated soft tissue mass.
