Odontogenic Myxoma

Findings:

Multiple CT images demonstrate an expansile lytic lesion involving the left mandibular condyle with extensive bony remodeling, multiple septations, and no associated soft tissue mass. A bone defect is seen anteriorly. A mucous retention cyst is incidentally noted in the right maxillary sinus.
