Thyroid Lymphoma

Findings:

Multiple axial CT neck images with contrast demonstrate a poorly defined low attenuation infiltrative mass in the left thyroid lobe causing subtle rightward tracheal deviation. The mass demonstrates homogeneous low level enhancement compared to normal thyroid tissue. The interface with the strap muscles is indistinct.
