Disseminated Osseous and Leptomeningeal Metastases, Lung Cancer

Findings:

Sagittal T2, sagittal T-1 postcontrast, sagittal T-1, and sagittal T-1 post contrast images of the thoracic and lumbar spine demonstrate heterogeneous nodular marrow replacement at every osseous level with no definite significant pathologic fracture identified. The nodular marrow lesions demonstrate heterogeneous enhancement after gadolinium administration. The post contrast images also show abnormal linear and nodular enhancement coating the thoracic cord, cauda equina, and all included intrathecal nerve roots.
